AXA UK — Candidate Preparation Pack Redesign

Redesign of AXA UK's candidate preparation pack — the learning resource new applicants work through before their interview. The original was functional but felt like compliance reading; I rebuilt it as a learning experience candidates would actually want to engage with.

The redesign keeps every section of the original (welcome, business overview, values, recruitment process, STARR technique, benefits, wellbeing, culture) but reframes each as an editorial spread rather than a slide — chunking information so it's easier to absorb and apply. Built in HTML for the live experience, then exported as an 18-page A3 landscape PDF for sharing.
